Priced on growth.
Not on your ad spend.

A base fee by revenue band, plus a share of the revenue we add above your baseline, capped. See it at your size.

What would we cost your store?

Type your average monthly revenue and pick a growth scenario. The calculator applies the model; the plan sets the real quote.

How the model works

Two parts. Both on page four of your plan.

A base fee by revenue band

Covers the scope in your plan. It is the same every month and it is on page four of the plan before you decide.

A growth share on what we add

10% of incremental monthly revenue above your baseline. No growth, no growth share.

Capped, so it stays sane

The growth share never exceeds 2× the base fee, however fast the store grows.

Never a percentage of ad spend

Ad spend goes to the ad platform, in your account. We are paid for growth, not for spending.

Base fee
by revenue band

Per month, before the growth share. Scope grows with the band.

Monthly revenueBase feeGrowth share capWhat the base covers
Under $50k$1,500$3,000One lever, one channel to start. Written plan, monthly report.
$50k to $250k$2,500$5,000Two levers. Shopping or Meta, plus feed, product pages or flows.
$250k to $1M$4,000$8,000All four levers. Shopping, Meta, feed, SEO, email and SMS, checkout.
$1M to $5M$7,500$15,000All four levers across markets, catalogue-scale feed work, weekly reporting.
$5M to $10M$12,000$24,000Full growth team: channels, creative direction, retention, CRO programme.
Over $10Mfrom $18,000$36,000Scoped in the plan. Multi-brand, multi-region, in-house team integration.

Every band includes the written plan, one point of contact, monthly reporting in the four numbers, and work done inside your own accounts. Ad spend is separate and goes to the platforms.

Baseline, measurement,
exits

The three things that make a growth share fair.

The baseline

Your trailing three-month average monthly revenue when we start, adjusted for the seasonality in your own history. Written into the plan.

The measurement

Your store's own order data, not ad-platform attribution. We report the four numbers monthly; the growth share is calculated on the same report you see.

The exits

Month to month. If growth stops, the growth share stops with it. If you stop, you keep everything, including the plan.

Pricing questions

A base monthly fee set by your revenue band, plus a growth share of 10% on revenue we add above your baseline, capped at twice the base fee. The plan shows both numbers before anything starts, and it's month to month after that.

Month to month. You can stop at any time and keep everything we built, including the plan.

No. A base monthly fee for the scope in your plan, plus a capped growth share on revenue we add. Ad spend goes to the ad platform, all of it.

You do. Store, ad accounts, email platform, data. Everything is set up in your name, and it stays that way.

The baseline is adjusted with your own history, so a December lift you get every year is not counted as growth we added. The plan shows the adjustment before you sign anything.

You pay the base fee only. The growth share is calculated on incremental revenue, and there is none in a down month.

No. It shows how the model behaves at your size under a growth scenario you choose. The quote is on page four of your free plan, scoped to the fixes we would actually make.
