Health & wellness ecommerce marketing agency
Growth for supplement, CBD, sleep, recovery and mobility stores that sell online under ad policy limits. Free written plan, base fee plus growth share.

How people buy health and wellness products online
Health and wellness stores grow by the same four numbers as any other store: visitors, conversion rate, average order and repeat purchases. What is different is the room you have to move. Google, Meta and TikTok apply healthcare and personal-attribute policies to this category, Merchant Center reviews supplement and device listings more closely than it reviews socks, and every word on a product page can be read as a claim.
We work with brands that already sell health and wellness products online, from a two-product supplement label to a mobility store shipping freight. We start with a free written growth plan that says which of the four numbers is weakest, what we would change in the feed, the ads, the pages and the email flows, and what it costs as a base fee plus growth share. There is no percentage of ad spend and no percentage of the sales you already make, only a capped growth share on revenue we add above your baseline.
We do not write health claims, and we will not run ads or pages that make them. We do build the things that let a careful brand grow inside the rules: claim-safe product copy, a feed that clears Merchant Center review, campaigns that stay within each platform's policy, and replenishment flows that match how long a bottle actually lasts.
Most wellness purchases start with a question, not a product. Someone types a concern, a goal or an ingredient into Google or an AI assistant, reads a few answers, then looks for a brand they can trust with the specifics: what is in it, how much per serving, who tested it, and what happens if it does not suit them.
Trust is checked before price. Shoppers look for a full label image, a certificate of analysis or a third-party testing mark, a plain returns policy and reviews that describe the experience rather than promise an outcome. A page that hides the label or leans on hype loses the sale to one that shows the panel.
The second purchase is where the money is. Most products in this industry are consumed on a cycle, a thirty, sixty or ninety day supply, a monthly tincture, replacement domes or wax guards. Stores that time their reminders to that cycle and make subscription easy to pause keep customers; stores that blast weekly promotions do not.
Finally, the rules shape the funnel. Some products cannot be advertised on paid search at all, some can be advertised only in certain countries, and some need the landing page reviewed before the ad is approved. Your plan has to be built around what your specific product is allowed to do on each channel.
The four levers
in health & wellness
Where revenue usually leaks in this industry.
Visitors
Visitors: policy-safe search, feed and content traffic
We bring people in through the channels your product is actually allowed to use. For most supplements that means Shopping ads on ingredient and format terms, search on brand and category, and content that answers the questions people ask AI assistants. For restricted products such as CBD or melatonin in certain countries, organic search and email carry more of the load and we plan for that honestly.
Conversion rate
Conversion: label, testing and returns shown before the button
We put the things a wellness shopper checks where they will see them: the full supplement facts or spec panel, third-party testing information, serving and supply details, and a returns policy written for opened consumables. We remove claim language that would get a page flagged and replace it with the specifics shoppers actually want.
Average order
Order value: supply size and stack bundles
Two units of the same bottle is the simplest bundle in ecommerce, and a ninety day supply beats a thirty day one for the store and for the customer. We build supply-size options, complementary stacks and accessory add-ons that fit how the product is really used, with free shipping thresholds set from your own margin.
Repeat purchases
Repeat purchases: replenishment timed to the bottle
We set up subscription and reorder reminders around the real consumption cycle of each product, with easy pause and skip so people do not cancel to stop a delivery. For devices, repeat means consumables, accessories and the second device, and the flows are built for that instead.
