Moves: Visitors
Tiktok ads agency for ecommerce
TikTok ads for stores that can keep a camera busy: Spark Ads on posts that worked, creator rights handled, purchases sent server side.

Who it's for
- Stores that can publish new video weekly, filmed on a phone rather than a set
- Brands whose product shows a visible difference on camera
- Sellers weighing TikTok Shop checkout against sending traffic to their own store
- Stores with an organic account whose best posts have never had budget behind them
TikTok sells by entertainment. Nobody there is searching for your product, so the opening seconds of a video decide whether the impression you paid for does anything. That makes TikTok a production problem before it is a targeting problem, and it is why accounts with a healthy budget and a thin video library stall after a few weeks.
We run TikTok for stores that can keep a camera busy. The first decision is where the sale happens: on your own site, where you keep the customer and the email address, or inside TikTok Shop, where the checkout is shorter and the relationship afterwards is thinner. Both can work, and they need different product data, different tracking and different reporting.
After that the work is steady. Spark Ads built on posts that already held attention, creator authorisations collected while the video is fresh, purchase events sent through the Events API, and a release schedule that puts something new into the account every week.
The lever it moves is visitors, right at the top where nobody knows you yet. Everything sits in your own TikTok Ads Manager and Business Center. Scope and the base fee plus growth share are agreed in the free written plan.
How we run it
The honest process, in order.
Choose where the checkout happens before building anything
Selling through TikTok Shop and selling through your own site are two different businesses on the same app. TikTok Shop shortens the path to purchase and keeps the buyer inside the feed, but the customer record, the email address and the post-purchase flows are limited. Your own site keeps all of that and asks the shopper to leave the app. We look at your margin, your repeat rate and how much of your revenue depends on email before we choose, and some stores end up running both with separate product catalogues.
Put budget behind posts that already held attention
Spark Ads run an existing organic post as an ad, from the brand or creator account that published it, keeping the handle, the comments and the sound. That matters because a native post outperforms an obvious advert in a feed people scroll for fun. We look through your organic history and the creator content you have rights to, pick the posts with genuine watch time and saves, and promote those first. It is the cheapest possible test, because the audience has already told you the video works.
Collect creator authorisation while the video is fresh
To run a creator's post as a Spark Ad you need an authorisation code generated from their account, valid for a period they choose. When it lapses, the ad stops, and getting a new code from a creator you paid three months ago is slow. We handle this at the point of the deal: usage terms in writing, the code collected on delivery, a record of when each one expires, and a reminder before it does. Creator payments stay between you and the creator.
Send purchases through the Events API, not the pixel alone
Browser tracking loses events to blockers, in-app browsers and people who close the tab before the pixel loads. TikTok's Events API sends the same events from your server, so the campaign optimises on a fuller picture. We set both up, match them so a single order is not counted twice, and pass through the product identifiers so catalogue campaigns can work. Then we compare what the ad account claims against orders in your own analytics before we make any decision about budget.
Ship video on a schedule instead of waiting for inspiration
TikTok burns creative faster than any other paid channel, so the account needs a supply line rather than a campaign launch. We agree how many videos land each week, keep a running list of hooks, angles and formats to shoot against, and keep the briefs short enough that filming does not need a production day. Each week the weakest performers come out and the new batch goes in. The schedule matters more than any single video, because the winners are found, not planned.
Worked example, not a result
Example: one video, three hooks, one winner
Say a store has a video that works. It spends $100 a day and brings roughly 20 orders a week. Rather than shooting something new, the same edit is recut with three different openings: a question, a problem shown in close-up, and the price stated in the first line.
The three run beside the original at $50 a day each for a week. Two do worse. One brings 12 orders on half the budget, so it becomes the new main ad at $100 a day and the old one drops to $25 while it is still working. Total spend over that week is $250 a day rather than $100, and the account leaves it with a better default.
Round numbers to show the pattern. They are not results from a real account.
